We are growing slowly and deliberately. We hire people who have done the work — product managers who have shipped, transformation leads who have run programs, trainers who have taught the people they are training to be. How we hire

Slowly. Deliberately. With a strong bias for delivery experience.

We do not run open recruiting drives. We build relationships with practitioners we want to work with over months — sometimes years — and bring them in when there is a real engagement that fits their experience.

If you want to be on our radar, send us a CV and a short note about the kind of work you would want to do. We respond to every message, even if it is to say "not right now".
