That insight shapes everything we do. When we map a process, we map what people actually do — not what the policy says. When we redesign, we respect the operating constraints of the people who will have to live with the new design. When we train, we use real artefacts from real launches, not generic frameworks. And when an engagement ends, we hand over capability — not consultant dependency.

We are practical about methodology. We use what works in the operating reality of West Africa — not what sounds impressive on a slide.
